Given the forecast, I think my saturday spin will involve a bit of climbing - upstairs to the turbo trainer... :(

Hi All,
This Week Group 1 (new to tri) and Group 2 will be having a coached session. Colm will be on the forum later with more details.
I've posted 1 route below for groups 3,4,5 ... it should be about 2 hrs max so you can attend the Lunch and Learn afterwards in Chesters.

Ashford - Nun's Cross - Aghowle - Garryduff Cross - Right for vale of Clara - right at Croneybyrne (at cottage) -At T junction Right - Moneystown - Garryduff Cross - Towards Glenealy - Deputies Pass - left Towards wicklow - Left up BLACK HILL - Rathnew - Miltown Lane - Ashford.

Should be only 2 hours but you'll know you've had a cycle.

Weather: Quite showery at first on Saturday, but the showers should become confined to eastern coastal counties by early afternoon, with most of these dying out by evening. Some sunny spells will develop quite widely also, but top temperatures will range just 12 to 14 C., in moderate northwest breezes.

Enjoy,
Owen
