With the annual JD Classic TT taking place this Saturday 3rd August there will be no official club spin. Always a great event for all levels to challenge yourself against the clock. Give it a go and sign up.

As Corrie has said, there are no other spins on Sat, so give it a go! Teams of up to 3 allowed but will not feature in prizes.

Club spin Sat 24th August.
Warm dry and sunny with light SE wind.

With the weather looking so good we're going to do the "3 ugly sisters" this week.
This is a ilttle shorter but quite challenging route. Take it easy and enjoy the scenery.
There's just 2 sisters for group 2 but they can do the third one if they wish.

Group - New 2 Tri -- leader - Garry
For the benefit of those new to the club, the route is typically as follows
figure of 8 loop, with escape points

Groups 3 - 4 and 5 Leaders ? - John and Marie 71km
Ashford - Glenealy - Rathdrum - Ballinaclash
Right over the bridge in Ballinaclash then left over Brown Mountain.
Descend Brown Mountain and turn right at the bottom to climb Slievemane.
Descend carefully to Glenmalure valley then straight over the Elliott climb to Laragh.
Laragh to Anamoe keeping left to Roundwood (coffee at The Dome before Roundwood if you wish or carry on back to Mt Usher)
Turn right at the far end of Roundwood across the lakes dropping back down Killiskey to Ashford.
