Just a quick update about New To Tri over the next few weeks. After further discussion we've decided not a assign second leaders to the NTT spin at this stage of the year. If you are scheduled to lead NTT in May or June, please be aware of this. If, on the day, you find your group is too big or the abilities are too mixed, please ask a fellow club member who is cycling at 10.00 to go out with you. There may easily be an experienced member who is on a recovery spin anyway so this would be ideal. For all our members, please try to make yourself available to go out with NTT if you are asked at the last moment. It's unlikely you will be asked but we feel it's the best way to manage the group at this stage in the year. We will be reviewing the numbers on the NTT spins over the next few weeks and will make a call on how often the group will go out, if at all over the summer months.
