I might like to try it again too.

Last time I went out on MTB I was messing down Killiney hill, lost my bottle (metaphorically, not actually) so I continued on to The Bike Rack and got road tyres put on it. Was stolen a few weeks later...

Don’t think my bottle’s as rotten as it was given I haven’t flaked myself in sometime so count me in until I hear the sirens again
I’ll need a rental...

i would like to join in the fun. I have my own MTB bike and also live near Carrick if you ever wanted to take a spin up there. A group of us ladies used to do it over the winter, in snow n all, if it was too cack for a roadie.

Hi All

Well as the triathlon season is nearly over why don't we put the road bikes aside and try a Saturday morning in the next couple of weeks up in Ballinastoe so that those who need to hire bikes can and go for a blast. Of course as we are an equal opportunity club the boys can come along as well ;-)

How about Saturday the 22nd of September which will give people time to hire, beg, borrow or steal a MTB and we can meet up at Ballinastoe MTB trails at 10am to go for a spin then a well earned coffee after?

Views?

Debs

Thanks Debs this sounds great! Can I be cheeky and suggest the following Saturday the 29th of Sept for the mountain bike spin as on the 22nd there is the Pulse triathlon and also the Dublin half marathon on that day as well. Would be great to get a big crowd of us going along to this :)

Can't wait this sounds great!
