Ive been to most of these and they are great. I’ve even gone after being injured and very slow (slower than usual) Eamonn usually has us doing a few drills at the start then the main set which could be a Cooper test (run for 12 minutes see how many laps you do) 400s 800s or relays.
All tough but good fun and great for all levels. If something doesn’t suit he will give you something else to do.
Great session and turn out yesterday. Well done to all those who came and for those who didn’t hope you had a good day and please feel free to come down next time. Eamonn has passed on a couple of articles which make for very interesting reading, I have attached them here I think!
Also I have the results of the Cooper test from yesterday plus the 400s. If anyone wants theirs please email me or post here and I’ll give it to you. Also if you have any questions re coached sessions please just get in touch and I will do my best to help out or point you in the right direction. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note this Sundays track session has been postponed to 31st March. I know it's Mother's day that day so for those fantastic running Mother's out there this gives you an hour away from the kids to clear your heads and look forward to the day in store while the little cherubs make brekkie to enjoy on your return!! Plus what better way to show them what an awesome strong mum they have to be proud of!!
As for you Father's, you best get your butts out of bed early and do a fabulous brekkie in bed with the kids before you scarper for an hour
