Hi All

The week we are going to try a new route and venture into the Dublin hills, so we will be meeting at 10am in the overflow carpark for Jonny Foxes (the carpark opposite the pub) in Glencullen and we will run from there up to Three rock, Fairy Castle and Tibradden. The run will a gentle potter but we will still probably run around 16km so please bring appropriate layers and water if you think you will need it as the forecast at the moment isn't great.

Any queries please post here, all welcome

Hi All

Due to the on-going poxy weather (As Colm has pointed out) I am changing this weeks Sunday run to SATURDAY so there might be some chance of a nice dry cycle on Sunday. So as it looks nice and wet again tomorrow we are going to head to Djouce woods meeting as usual 10am for a 1:30-2hr run.

With changing the run to Saturday a couple of us are obviously planning a hopefully have a dry cycle on Sunday leaving Shoreline Greystones at 10am if anyone who want to join us.

Hi All

This Sunday we are going to venture down to Glenmalure to trot around the fantastic trails in the area lead by local expert Hillary. We are going to meet at 10am in the Glenmalure Lodge Car park (Bottom of the Shay Elliot) and run from there for approx. 1:40- 2hrs (slow and steady). If the mobile Sauna is open for business we might have a quick Sauna after so bring your swim suit and then its into the lodge for a well earned coffee.

All welcome

Hi All

This Sunday we are going back to an old favourite the Devils Glen just outside Ashford. We will meet at the main car park which is a 1.5km drive off the main road. So if you are not sure where the Devils Glen is just google it or checkout Coillte recreation map but its only a 5min drive from Ashford so easy to get to. Any queries just post here. Meeting as usual at 10am ready to go and as always there shall be coffee after. Distance will be somewhere between 14-18km as we haven't run in here in a while so we might get slightly lost ;-)

All Welcome
