Hi All

For those with cabin fever and good trail runners we will be staying local tomorrow and going for a potter along the Cliff Walk meeting as usual at 10am at the small dart carpark overlooking South Beach. I ran the cliff today and it is very wet so bring a change of cloths and shoes so you can enjoy your well earned coffee after.

All Welcome

Hi All

This Sunday the 11th we are going to head to Djouce and if the weather permits we might try and find a bit of snow to play in over Maulin. Route will be between 15-18km (slow and steady) weather dependent. Meeting as usual in the main Djouce car Park at 10am ready to go. The run as always will be followed by coffee and these days a substantial brunch ;-)

All welcome

Hi all

This Sunday March 18th, while other are off sunning themselves in Lanzarote, the hard core among us are going to brave the Irish weather and run in Altidore. Meet at Grove pub at 10.00. This is a loop run of about 10km and a couple of good climbs. There is the option to repeat part of the loop to add a bit of mileage depending on how the legs are feeling.

Roll on the better weather when we can get some good long runs in the higher hills!!

This Sunday we are going to run along the Wicklow Way from Ballinastoe. This will be an out and back route so lots of options to do shorter or longer runs. Weather forecast is cold but bright so let's make the best of it! Meet at Ballinastoe at 10.00am... and don't forget about the hour going forward!

Hi All

This Sunday we are going to head to Roundwood for a potter around the lakes meeting as usual at 10am, parking on the main road into Roundwood just at the Coach House pub and running from there.

This is an easy run so if you haven't joined us before this might be a nice one to try.

All Welcome.
