Hi All

this Sunday the plan is to meet at Ballinastoe woods and depending on the weather and people’s preference we will either do a lap of Djouce mountain or run the Wicklow Way to Lough Dan.

All welcome and of course there shall be coffee after

Hi All

This weekend as its the Bank holiday we are going to head to Glenmalure for a long easy potter around the valley (might get up to 20km depending on how everyone feels). Meeting at 10am in the car park of the Glenmalure lodge and as always the run will be followed by coffee. As this might be a longer run I suggest that everyone brings water with them on the run.

All welcome

Hi All

Seeing as Debs is having a nice relaxing weekend this weekend!!!.... I'm suggesting meeting at Trooperstown car park at 10.00am on Sunday. Route to be decided depending on weather but plenty of options of extending usual Scarr route over Kanturk or doing a loop in Trooperstown at the end.

Coffee afterwards and best of luck to Debs in the Coast to Coast race .... especially the last 35km over Slieve Donard
