Hi All

This Sunday we are going to try a new run route from the beautiful Avondale House, in Rathdrum. The run is along the Avonmore River from the house to Clara Vale Church and back so its a little longer than normal around 20km, but certainly flatter than our normal run. So for those training for the Lost Sheep this might be a great training run.

As it will be warm again this Sunday please bring plenty of water and perhaps a jelly or two to keep you going. Meeting at 10am in the main carpark of Avondale House. (There is a running festival on this weekend at the house so it will be a little busier than normal but we should have no problem getting parking)

All Welcome
