This Sunday we are going to try out a new route in the Laragh area. The route initially follows the Wicklow Way from Trooperstown to Glendalough and then back along the Orange route to the Woolen Mills. The return is via Trooperstown hill. The route is approximately 20km and is varied terrain. Please bring plenty of water and a few snacks for the way! Meet at Trooperstown car park at 10.00. Coffee as usual afterwards

Hi All

This Sunday we are going to meet at Crone Woods (just past Powerscourt waterfall) and run over to Prince Williams Seat, Knocknagun and terrain dependent up to Glenadoo. Its an out and back so distance options for everyone but the main run will be long so bring water and some jellies to keep you going. So meeting in Crone car park at 10am ready to go.

All welcome

Hi All,

This weekend we are having a easy one after lots of long hilly runs recently. So its off to Roundwood lakes we go for a potter around all the lakes for those that fancy it a nice little 17km run but of course there are shorter options. Meeting at 10am on the main road into Roundwood on the left hand side just before the Coach House pub.

For those doing the lost sheep this might be a good training run.

See you all there.

Hi All

After last weeks run the ridge its back to Roundwood lakes for an easy run which should also suit anyone trying to get in a few extra miles before the Lost sheep. So meeting at 10am on the main road into Roundwood on the left hand side just before the Coach House Pub.

I wont be there but Rozanne and Rose will lead the group.

Hi All

As its the Lost Sheep weekend a few of our regulars wont be around but young master Billy Diggin is going to lead the run from Djouce but with an early start at 9am from the main car park. This will be an easy potter down to the waterfall and back.

All welcome and remember its an early 9am start

Hi All

This weekend we are going on a magical mystery tour organised by Rozanne called the lap of Laragh. The run will be around 18-20km in length and as some of the Sunday runners will be doing an additional run after we will be starting early (also avoiding the Sunday crowds) at 9am meeting at the green triangle in Laragh (in front of Glendalough Fare). The run will be a combination of road, trail and open mountain.

All welcome and remember to bring some water and a couple of jellies to keep you going and that we are meeting at 9am.
