Hi All

This weekend we are keeping it local and simple as the weather is not looking to great for Sunday. So we are going to run the Cliff path from the Small Dart Car park over looking the South Beach (normal swim meeting spot). This is an out and back so distances to suit everyone. As its the cliff path we will run it early before the crowds, so meeting at 9am. The run will of course be followed by Coffee.

All welcome

Hi All

This weekend we are going back to our old favourite Djouce Woods. Meeting at 10am in the lower carpark and the plan is to run up to Maulin. As always this will be followed by coffee.

Hi All

This Sunday we are going to run the IMRA Dublin Mountain Half Marathon which starts at 10am from the Hell Fire Club Car Park. To do the race you must enter online through the IMRA Website (€15 for members and if you are not a member it costs €10 to join IMRA). Looks like a good challenging course.

Regards

Deborah

Hi All

Sorry for the late notice, tomorrows run is an easy lap of Roundwood lakes, meeting as usual 10am and parking on the main road into Roundwood on the left hand side just before the coach house pub.

There will be no run for the next two weeks as the main group of Sunday runners will be battling the trails of Corsica.

As always tomorrow potter will be followed by coffee and breakfast.

All Welcome

Hi All

This Sunday we are going for an easy potter meeting at Ballinastoe Car park at 10am ready for our usual lap up and around by Glasnamullen. If you have never been out with the Sunday runners this is a good run to join and as most of the group are still recovering from Corsica it will most definitely be an easy run.

All Welcome and of course there will be coffee after.
