This week's run will be up Brockagh Mountain in Laragh.
We will be starting from the car park beside St. Kevin's Church in Laragh. For those of you who are not sure where that is, go past the Wicklow Heather restaurant on your left and take the next main right hand turn. You will go up a hill, past the Brockagh centre. This road ends in the car park. Please remember to wear trail runners and bring a light anorak at least.

The exact route will be decided on the day but there will be options for all levels

Hi All

After travelling last week down to Laragh we are going to stay very local, up the millage a little but keep the run relatively flat, so basically a nice easy Sunday run. Meeting at the small DART car park that over looks the north end of South Beach in Greystones (our normal summer swim spot) at 10am ready to go. We will run the coast path to Kilcoole then the mass paths up to the top of the Farren Kelly Road and back (circa 15km). This is a run you could get away with wearing a normal pair of runners.

All Welcome

Hi All

Due to the cold weather we are going to head up to Djouce this Sunday which give us plenty of run options, but please due to the weather everyone should come dressed appropriately as we might try and head up Maulin if the weather allows.

Meeting as always at 10am ready to go from the main park.

All Welcome
