Hi All

This Sunday we are going to head down to Laragh and run from the village up to the miners village and down the spinx so it will be a good 16-18km run but done at a very easy pace. Meeting at the Triangle (Glendalough Fair) in Laragh at 10am ready to go.

All Welcome

HI All

After a detailed discussion with Rozanne she kindly volunteered to lead us on the famous lap of Laragh (where ever that is) so we are meeting at the main Trooperstown Wood Car park beside the river at 10am and heading on a gentle 21km potter in preparation for next weeks Wicklow Hospice 1/2 Marathon.

Hi all

Sorry for the late notice, the run tomorrow has an early start of 9:30 in Djouce woods as if the weather allows we will be running a point to point from Roundwood back along the Wicklow Way. Distance is around 16-18km.

All welcome

Little bit off this topic but you all seen Barbra's post regarding the T.O'S coursed. It is of note that the club has not had any new TO's for some time. Is there any interest out there as a club as large as Wicklow should be putting people forward to train. It could be discussed at your next committee meeting ,

Hi All
Taking advantage of the long weekend we are hoping to get out for a run on Sunday and Monday. Sunday's run will start from the Coach House in Roundwood at 10.00 and we'll be going around the lakes. There are options from 5km to 16km so something for everyone!
On Monday, we're going to start at Ballinastoe at 10.00 and will run towards Crone Woods on the Wicklow Way. It's an out and back so options to go the whole distance or turn back at any stage!

thanks
Rozanne
