Hi All

This weekend we are going to head to Ballinastoe woods for our Sunday run. Meeting at the carpark at 10am for an approx. 12km run.

Ballinastoe Woods are on the same road as Djouce but 5km further on, you can also get to Ballinastoe by taking the Roundwood road and turning right at Djouce Golf club onto a minor road. At the top of this road turn left and Ballinastoe is just 100m up on the right.

Any queries on where we are meeting post here and I'll give you a call.

As always the run will be followed by coffee and cake ;-)

Hi all

As the weather is looking pretty awful for the weekend so this Sunday's run is going to be around the relative shelter of Roundwood lakes so yes that means a nice flat if slightly muddy run.

So meeting at 10am in Roundwood parking on the main road just as you enter the village before the Coachhouse pub as there is lots of space there.

This is a great introductory trail run for any newbies.

So see you all there and remember coffee and cake after so bring a change of cloths.

Hi All

We are going nice and local this week with a gentle run round Altidore, we will meet at 10am at the Grove Pub in Kilpedder and car pool from there. For those that don’t know where the Grove pub is as you drive from Greystones up the Charlesland road you pass underneath the N11 and straight through the underpass roundabout at the top of the little hill turn right and the Grove pub is just 100m up on the right so literally 5min from Greystones. If anyone wants more directions please post here.

This is a looped run on gravel forest trails so there will be a 10km or 15km option so perfect for first timers.

See you all on Sunday

Hi All

Due to the club dinner on Saturday night I'm going to keep the Sunday run easy, local and late

So meeting at 11am in Djouce lower car park for a very gentle run to the waterfall and back.

I'm sure I wont have quite the numbers of last week but I'm sure a few brave souls will turn up me included.
