A few quick question about these runs please. How long are the runs usually? Do you stay on trails? What's the running level? Beginner? Intermediate? Pace? Thank you

Hi

The Sunday runs vary in length depending on the terrain but usually between 10-14km. Generally we run on trails or sheep tracks and very occasionally we get a little lost ;-) but we never leave anyone behind and I've never lost anyone to date. The pace really depends on the terrain as the hillier the run the slower the pace and quite often it involves a little hiking so overall the pace is slow. The most important thing is we go for coffee after.

If in doubt just come along and give it a go, if you don't have trail runners wear an old pair as they will get very muddy.

Any other questions just ask.

Hi All

Due to the pretty nasty weather forecast for Sunday, I'm going to keep the run local. So meeting at 10am at the small Dart Car park that overlooks the top end of South Beach Greystones and we will run to Bray and back along the Cliff Walk. Hopefully due to the weather it should be pretty quiet.

As always the run will be followed by coffee and the incentive is to get to Bray and back before the 11 o'clock mass goers get to Summervilles at 12 ;-)

Hi all

I've had a request for a nice easy run this Sunday and I'm only too happy to oblige, so it's Roundwood Lakes meeting at 10am parking on the left hand side as you enter Roundwood just before the Coach House Pub.

Hi All

The Sunday run this week is back to our old favourite Djouce Woods, meeting at 10am in the lower car park, lead by my able deputies, Rose and Rozanne.

Coffee and cake after as always.
