Race season has started for some and for the rest of us is just around the corner. If you haven't already started now is the time to be starting your transition training. Our fantastic, experienced triathlon coach Mr Eamonn Tilley will be putting you all through your paces on Tues 17th. This session will replace the normal run session. Meet usual run spot ready to go with bike, runners and anything else you may need for transition. We'll have the racks ready to go on Tilley's track.

We would highly recommend this session so hopefully we'll see you there and you'll be able to tackle the 2016 season with extra skills.

Eamonn confirmed this week that if it's raining next Tuesday he'll do a normal run session instead due to safety concerns - I'll post here if that happens!

Don't forget TRANSITION training tomorrow night. Meet at Go Gym car park and well cycle down to Tilley's track. If raining we're running only. See you all then.
