Eamonn confirmed this week that if it's raining next Tuesday he'll do a normal run session instead due to safety concerns - I'll post here if that happens!

Don't forget TRANSITION training tomorrow night. Meet at Go Gym car park and well cycle down to Tilley's track. If raining we're running only. See you all then.

Brilliant session. Really learned a lot and feeling happier about mounting and dismounting the bike. Thanks so much to Eamonn, Karen and Martina for organising it and providing the equipment :)
