Eamonn is away at the moment so he won't be leading our Tuesday run this week, however, you don't get off that lightly!! He's left the following set for us to do in his absence.
Loop around Greystones, starting at Go Gym, down by Charlesland/Shoreline and the along seafront past the Beach House.
Group B (shorter loop) turn left at Centra garage and head up the main street back to Go Gym.
Group A, continue past Centra garage up Rathdown Rd and then turn left towards Tesco. Turn left again at Tesco and back up the main street to Go Gym.
All groups to do (30 sec sprint + 3 minute recovery) x 7
