Face it Mr P you just want to get your hands on the goodie bag ASAP!

Yeah was thinking the same-maybe we can car pool and get a little gang together save us all having to drive up? Bags riding shotgun with you...

I work in town so I was thinking of bringing my bike in with me and cycling over to the Phoenix Park at lunch.

for those of you not on the Whats App training group, there will be a 70.3 training day next Saturday 4th July.

Meet at 10am at the harbour (where we park for swimming on a monday night)...

Swim - 3 laps of the boats - 1500m
Bike - JD Classic route from Wicklow, around 80km - start with 1hr warm up as a group, then split into your own race pace groups.
Run - 4 - 10km on the murrough, your choice, your pace,

Ideal chance to try your nutrition plan, and test your racing gear.

we'll finish up with a coffee n cake in the bridge coffee shop.

Everyone welcome
