This Yoga class is a blend of dynamic movement which helps to build/maintain strength and mobility. We will focus on calming the nervous system and mind by using steady even breathing. Each class will be creatively sequenced combining yoga postures from Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary and Intermediate Series offering several options for all experience levels, even complete beginners are very welcome. The class will always finish with a 10 min soothing rest called Shavasana (guided body scan to encourage deep relaxation).
